i missed the most awesome shot a while ago on the way to sydney early in the morning going past a construction site.
it was covered in mist and all i could see were faint far away silhouettes of the arms and claws of mechanical beasts moving slowly, surrounded by gentle curves of sad bare hills. so beautiful and ugly. i went back there a few times with a medium format camera early in the morning but it never looked the same. nothing worse than missing a good shot, so annoying! ah well
im really loving polaroids lately.

i just dyed my hair, pretty much this feral red colour. its said brown on the packet. and its permanent. aughhhhhhh. i forsee 2009 will be full of bad choices. how are you Ness?
